Supply becomes easier to produce.

Cities people dream about living in.
AI can automate many things.
But it cannot manufacture scarcity.
And scarcity has always been the foundation of real estate value.

The biggest mistake agents could make right now is believing that the future of their business will be more digital marketing.
Because AI will outperform humans in:
