An AI just scanned a living room and priced the entire move in 15 seconds.

That's not theory. It's a real platform, running today, and the agents who bring it to their next listing presentation walk in with something every competitor lacks — a fix for the #1 reason sellers stall.

Why your sellers actually delay

Survey buyers and sellers about what they dread most in a transaction and the answer isn't price, financing, or inspections. It's the physical move. Bait-and-switch quotes. The seller opens the app and videos each room. Computer vision AI lists every item that a human would actually move — couches, tables, appliances, the wine fridge — in about 15 seconds per room. Trained to ignore what stays (the range hood, the dog walking through the frame). The user edits the list, then sees real prices from vetted movers.

On a sample Fairfax-to-Beverly-Hills move, 18 movers returned quotes between $3,800 and $5,400. Same flow for car shipping — upload a photo, get bids from vetted carriers, no random brokers reselling the lead.

This is the missing link the moving industry has been waiting for. Calculating price was never the hard part. Knowing what's actually in the house was. AI solved that.

The price protection that closes the deal

Once the user picks a mover, the price is locked in. It can only go down — never up.

Every mover who books through the platform either certifies the AI inventory and guarantees the quote, or has one week to do an in-person survey. If they don't, they have to honor the original price. 94% of moves running through the platform are guaranteed not-to-exceed.

And because long-haul cost is calculated by weight, every truck has to stop at a scale before crossing state lines. Actual weight under the estimate? Customer pays less. Over? The mover eats it.

This is what corporate relocation clients have demanded for decades. Now the average consumer gets it — and you hand it to them.

The agent angle in a market AI is rewriting

This is the part most agents will miss. Everything purely digital is getting commoditized by AI. Lead gen, CRMs, content, valuations — all of it. The moat is hands-on, done-for-you services that AI can't replicate by itself.
