1. Have 5 real conversations before noon — use FORD
No texting. No scrolling. Real voice-to-voice conversations.
Use the FORD method to guide every call naturally — it eliminates awkwardness and always gives you something genuine to say.

Follow up with FSBOs
Get price reductions on current listings
Prequalify sellers and set listing appointments
