This is non-negotiable. 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Zero distractions.
You are actively talking to motivated leads (SOI, Expireds, FSBOs). Your success is measured by your Talk-Time-to-Appointment Ratio.

The Harris Mandate:
You must control your lead flow. If you are not setting appointments before the market wakes up, you are reactive all day.

Your money is made during this Power Hour.

🗣️ MANDATE #2: The Dialogue Drill (30 Minutes)

The Only Goal: Achieve mastery.

The System:
Practice your real estate scripts and objection handlers with a partner—by phone or by Zoom. Drill the Price Reduction Objection and the Discount Commission Objection.

As Harris Rules clearly states, your confidence is in your preparation. If you stop drilling, your conversion rate drops—and you will be forced to cut your commission.

Thirty minutes of drilling is commission insurance.

The Only Goal: Build predictability.

The System:
Systematically touch your Sphere of Influence (SOI), turning past clients into your passive, unpaid sales force. This is your engine for predictable real estate income.

Stop hoping for referrals. Execute the next step of your 36-Touch Follow-Up System daily. This guarantees you hit the mandatory 50% SOI Percentage and stops you from relying on cold, expensive leads.
