🧭 The 5 Life Areas You Should Be Setting Goals In
Success isn’t just about money. Start here:
1️⃣ 👨👩👧 Family
More presence. More connection. More intentional time.
2️⃣ 💸 Financial
What’s your freedom number? Your 'escape velocity'. Know it. Chase it.
Start by building at least 6 months' reserves equal to your monthly required cash flow.
Then pay off debt. Invest. Build your nest egg.
3️⃣ 💪 Physical
Your energy fuels your production. The discipline required to take care of your health also directly affects your wealth trajectory.
It's hard to be disciplined in one thing and not the other.

📏 Be Specific
How much? Why that number? Is it six months of reserves? A down payment?
🔎 Make It Attainable
How many transactions would it take? Based on your average net commission, is that doable?
🧰 Make It Realistic

⏰ Make It Timely
Deadlines create focus. Focus creates urgency.
🗺️ Build the Plan
What must happen?
What skills need upgrading?
Who’s holding you accountable?

The Dream:

The SMART Goal:
“I will save $60,000 by December 31. That equals six months of reserves based on $10,000 monthly expenses.”
The Plan:
• Close 18 total deals
• 12 cover expenses
• 6 additional deals at $10,000 net each = $60,000 saved
That’s not a wish.
That’s math.
